Education & Groups

To us, knowledge is power. We want everyone to know what’s normal, what’s not, and what kind of help is out there! We offer classes, workshops and events with other local businesses, and a postpartum support group.

  • Customized exercises or stretches that target your particular concerns. You’ll receive a personalized program to do at home with access to instructions via a conventient app!

  • Hands-on treatment to address soft tissue restrictions, trigger points, and joint estrictions. These myofascial release techqniues may be applied externally (think belly, hips, back) or internally directly to the pelvic floor.

  • A gentle hands on mobilization of the fascia that runs through and between your organs. Your organs are always in motion and when a restriction occurs, the body compensates which can lead to pain and dysfunction. Organs commonly lose their normal mobility due to things like pregnancy, surgery, physical trauma, infection, prolonged or repetitive postures, or emotions stored in the organs.

  • A treatment used for pain and movement dysfunction that uses a thin filiform needle to penetrate the skin and stimulate the underying myofascial trigger point, muscular tissue, or connective tissue. Want to learn more? Click here.

  • A big part of what you’ll do is learn about your body. What makes it feel better, what makes it feel worse, what makes it feel great! We may talk about lifestyle strategies that can be used to improve your symptoms!

  • Current guidelines support therapeutic ultrasound for treatment of clogged milk ducts and mastitis symptoms. These conditions are inflammatory and respond well to rest, ice, NSAIDs, lymphatic massage, and therapeutic ultrasound. We are pleased to offer ultrasound, lymphatic massage and kinesiotaping as treatment options to women in our community!

It might be common, but you don’t have to live like this.

Most common pelvic health concerns are treatable with conservative treatments like physical therapy.
